What we collect

Name, email, shipping address, billing address (separate when applicable), institutional affiliation, order history. We do not collect biometric, health, or genetic data.

How we use it

Solely to fulfill your order, communicate about it, and meet our recordkeeping obligations under federal and state law applicable to RUO peptide commerce.

Sharing

We share information only with shipping carriers, payment processors (Stripe), and our compliance counsel. We do not sell or rent customer data.

Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years per applicable financial recordkeeping standards. Account data is retained as long as the account is active and for 1 year thereafter.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights.
